Commercial Real Estate Brokers
We are looking for driven, committed brokers ready to go all-in on a career in commercial real estate. Whether you are new to the industry or bring years of experience, CEG is a place where motivated people can build a meaningful book of business and grow alongside a collaborative, high-performing team. This is a full-time contractor position with one-on-one support from CEG's ownership, marketing team, and clients. A current real estate sales license is not required to start, however it will be required to grow in this role. CEG will provide support in achieving full licensure.
Responsibilities Include:

Prospect and generate new business through outreach, networking, and referrals

Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, tenants, landlords, and industry partners

Manage and track leads, deals, and communications in CRM systems

Coordinate property marketing efforts, including listings and outreach
-
Conduct property tours, showings, and client meetings
-
Analyze market data, comparable properties, and basic financials to support client decisions

Negotiate and assist in drafting LOIs, leases, and purchase agreements
-
Manage transactions from initial deal through due diligence and closing
-
Stay informed on market trends, zoning, and local commercial activity

Represent the firm at networking events and serve as a point of contact for clients and assigned listings
Experience with MS365 Office and Dropbox and a general technical aptitude helpful.
This is a commission-based position. As you build your pipeline and grow within the role, earning potential scales with your production.
Management Technician
The person we are looking for is reliable, resourceful, and takes pride in doing the job right. You do not need to know everything walking in, but you do need a mechanical mind, a problem-solving attitude, and the drive to get things done without being told twice.
Responsibilities Include:

Perform routine property maintenance and upkeep

Troubleshoot issues and complete repairs efficiently and correctly

Proactively identify problems before they become bigger ones

Carry out preventative maintenance to protect property value, safety, and operations

Respond to emergency repair needs outside of standard hours when necessary
