Associate/Aspiring Broker

We are always on the lookout for an associate/aspiring broker who is motivated to learn, extremely resourceful, has an entrepreneurial spirit, and growth mindset. The right person will be able to see the big picture then manage the details and action steps that lead to successful closings and happy, loyal clients. This position is a hybrid of independent, remote work and one-on-one collaboration with CEG’s owner, the marketing team and CEG’s clients. This is currently a part-time position with the potential for full-time and commission opportunities within 6-12 months. A current real estate sales license is not required; however, it will be required to grow in this role. CEG will provide support in achieving full licensure.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage and track incoming leads and communications in sales/project management software

  • Manage and track active deals in sales/project management software

  • Send marketing materials and manage follow ups with leads

  • Research and accurately gather pertinent data on new property listings

  • Work with marketing team to create promotional materials and post on appropriate on-line listing service

  • Weekly team status meetings for leads and deals

  • Schedule showings and attend walk-throughs

  • Draft LOIs, purchase agreements and lease agreements

  • Create and track invoices and expenses

  • Manage and organize company Dropbox files

  • Attend closings

  • Manage CEG Gratitude program


Experience with MS365 Office, Monday, and Dropbox and a general technical aptitude helpful.


The position would begin with 20 scheduled hours per week, with the potential to add hours as we see fit. As you begin to learn the business, work towards your real estate license and take on more broker responsibilities, the position has the potential to become full-time. The starting rate will be $25-30/hour, full time rate + commissions to be determined as the role progresses.
