Commercial Equities Group (CEG) is a real estate network of brokers, investors, and other professionals that specialize in buying, selling, investing in, and leasing commercial properties.. Based in Minneapolis and St. Cloud, our team is here to assist with strategic real estate advisory, transaction management, portfolio management, investment purchasing and sales, and financing in both debt and equity markets.
Owned by MN licensed broker and Army veteran Jeff Salzbrun, we are a full service CRE company and designated Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). With this classification, CEG not only provides expertise and first-class service, we also help companies and governmental organizations achieve their supplier diversity goals.

CEG Management
Jeff has an extensive background in all aspects of commercial real estate, including property management and other advisory services. He assisted in the management of multiple properties (totaling three million+ square feet) for 30 years.
This insight and experience drove the creation of CEG Management, the bridge between the needs of tenants, investors, and clients.
CEG Management also oversees operations of the investment branch of CEG and outside clients.

In alignment with our belief to help others and as a service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB), we contribute monthly to Tunnel to Towers Foundation, a nonprofit that assists our nation’s heroes and families.
