Continuing Education 👨🚀

This week I went to another Minnesota REJournals continuing education summit. I’ve recommended them in the past, as I think they are well done and beneficial. The summit was on property management –– strategies to manage your properties effectively and efficiently, trends (leasing and improvements), and an overview of why good management is important.
Although I’ve been at this for a while, I can always find some take away from these summits. (plus I get to catch up with other brokers 😀) I consider continuing my education (formally and informally) as a sign of integrity. It’s a signal to my clients and peers that I’m committed to staying at the top of my game. I’m not coasting on my years of experience –– I want to continue to grow. As Benjamin Franklin said, “Anyone who stops learning is old, whether at twenty or eighty.”
