It’s spring! Flowers are blooming, trees are budding, and Minnesotans are out! During my neighborhood walks, I see more families getting exercise, more people walking dogs, and more friends out and about. Spring brings renewed energy and new chances to connect with people. It’s a perfect time to grow your network!
Networking is not just about adding people to your contacts, but rather its strength comes from sharing contacts. It’s really about connecting people who have things in common or one who has a need and the other a solution. When those introductions blossom into beneficial and productive connections, networks grow, and new collaborations and partnerships take root.
