I’m happy to introduce a new member to the Commercial Equities Group (CEG) team. Welcome aboard, Spencer Larson!
After a decade of working in the marine industry, Spencer is moving states, changing professions, and taking the jump to be a licensed broker. Returning home to the Twin Cities after a successful stint in Florida, he led Your Boat Club’s market expansion to nine locations from the ground up. This brought experience in site prospecting, lease negotiation, and the ability to evaluate whether a deal makes sense –– all of which give him a leg up as a next generation broker.
I respect his hustle and determination. Building something new takes an entrepreneurial spirit, and that’s something we value and foster at CEG. He’s determined to succeed, a great communicator, and understands how to take care of clients. We’re thrilled to have him on the team, and I’m excited to help him shift his career to commercial real estate. Onward and upward! 🚀
