What a Week to Celebrate!

Starting with Sunday’s announcement of CEG winning Gold – Best Commercial Real Estate through Minnesota’s Best and ending with 4th of July, our country’s 250th year of independence, this has been quite the week to celebrate!

First of all, I’m so proud of our boutique brokerage to receive an honor from the community. Sponsored by The Minnesota Star and Tribune (which makes the 1980’s paper boy in me really smile 😃) this achievement wouldn't have been possible without the trust and support of our amazing clients, our hardworking team, and everyone who took the time to vote for us. We’ve come a long way since I started working full time on the brokerage. It began with just me, then Anne Marie came on board, and now we are a team of 19! In these six years, we’ve helped numerous clients meet their business and investment goal through commercial real estate. We love what we do and that makes the acknowledgement even more rewarding!

As the celebrations for the 250th anniversary continue, I can’t help thinking about how much fun July 4, 1976 was when I was a kid. Red, white, and blue was everywhere to celebrate the bicentennial. Mailboxes were covered in a flag design, people were wearing our colors and bicentennial buttons (note the Coon Rapids button in the image), and the energy was enthusiastic! I was a poor kid that didn’t have much, but looking around and feeling all of the excitement, I could see possibilities. I’ve ended up living the American dream, and it’s been quite the ride. How quickly 50 years flew by is a lesson to enjoy every moment. Have a fantastic time celebrating stars, stripes, and these summer nights with friends and family! 🇺🇸
