5 Years! Commercial Real Estate Blogs

Jeff's Short (not quite a blog 👨🚀)

It’s been five years since I started the Commercial Equities Group (CEG) blog! I’m so grateful for each and every one my readers and am touched by those of you who comment, reach out, and share to spread the word. It’s humbling.
The blog has transitioned over the years from an every Friday tradition to one monthly full-length blog that is paired with weekly “shorts” (quick write and read messages). Both can be found on the blog page of the website. You’ll know the difference––the blogs are longer! 😀
I write these blogs because it’s good for business. But also as a “seasoned” commercial real estate professional, I want to help where I can. I have stories, for sure, but I also have a history in Twin Cities CRE and insights to share. If I can help one person sort a decision, learn from an experience, or see a challenge from a different perspective, it’s worth it.
If you have questions you want answered or topics you want addressed in a blog or short form, email hello@cegspaces.com. You can also listen or watch a selection of guest appearance podcasts I’ve made from our new Podcast page on the website.
Thank you so much for your support. You make a big difference for our small and veteran-owned business! 🇺🇸 ☺️ I’m glad we’re connected.
