I’ve met a lot of people over the years, and I’ve learned that lasting impressions happen from your approach. Do they feel seen? Respected? Understood?

In commercial real estate, we meet, talk, and listen. It’s our job to help people meet business and investment goals, but it’s really a relationship business.

Whether professionally or through interactions at the grocery store, it’s actually easy to help, share a kind word, or act with respect that honors the humanness in each other. People do remember how you make them feel. Do you move through the world building up as many people as you can?

Small exchanges wrapped in genuine kindness matter. They not only make the world a better place to live, but people will remember you. And you never know when that small interaction turns into a connection, that brings another deal, that changes someone’s life for the better. 😀
