March is a month of birthdays here at CEG. Three team members celebrate birthdays within 2 days and a fourth follows ten days later. Last week, I became one year older, and more importantly, one year wiser.

Our aging population has had an impact on commercial real estate. Although the office sector has challenges, those positioned for medical are holding steady. As the boomers and Gen Xers age and medical technology evolves, more care has shifted away from hospitals to medical outpatient buildings (MOBs).
When looking for MOBs, private entrances and relaxing environments can be important for some clinics while accessibility is critical for all. Interior spaces should accommodate patient flow, privacy, and equipment.
Existing floor plans can be more economical, but tenant build out provides more control. Whether you want to design the space or unpack your boxes and get to work, view of a pond or have easy access to a hospital, we’ve got you covered. We have a number of great options available for lease. Email, give us a call, or check out properties on our website. We’re here to help.
