I’m a person that embraces abundance mindset versus scarcity. I also make a conscious effort to create adventures in my life and am not afraid of change. But sometimes I still find myself stuck.

Martin Luther King, Jr. said, “If you can't fly, then run. If you can't run, then walk. If you can't walk, then crawl, but whatever you do, you have to keep moving.”
Here are a few ways I get myself unstuck. First thing, I turn towards the difficulty. I face it. I act with intention. The most important thing is to take the first step and then the next one. It’s about forward progress. And by celebrating those first steps, I can push away frustration and see the small victories. I choose to focus on what I did do rather than what I didn’t.
Remember, it’s about progress, not perfection. As we work to improve ourselves, let it overflow and add to our community for the better. Have a happy and forward-thinking MLK Day!
